  • Cash Flow Statement

    (invoicing support and payment tracking)

  • Accounts Payable (AP) management
    (bill tracking and payment scheduling support)

  • Payroll coordination (third-party provider)

  • Monthly financial review (email or brief call)

Full Coverage

$725 / Month

Best for: Business owners who want proactive insight and a higher-level financial partnership.

Everything in Bold Script, plus:

  • Budget-to-Actual reporting

  • Accounts Receivable aging reports

  • Accounts Payable aging reports

  • Priority support

  • Monthly review call (30–60 minutes)

  • Advisory / CFO-lite support

  • Customized financial reporting

Additional Services & Add-Ons

Some businesses need additional support beyond their monthly service tier. Additional services are quoted separately and billed either at a flat project rate or hourly, depending on scope.

Additional services may include, but are not limited to:

  • Catch-up or clean-up bookkeeping

  • Historical reconciliations

  • Annual budgeting and financial planning

  • Tax return true-ups following CPA filing
